Wood Lot Management

The woodlands of southern Ontario contribute significantly to the quality of our lives.  They provide a home for a large number of species of fauna and flora, contribute space for recreation and support economic opportunities within our communities.  They also play a vital role in regulating our climate and conserving our water and soils.  We all benefit from having healthy forests and well-managed woodlands will contribute significantly to a better environment.

We here at J & R FIREWOOD have been (through experience and education) conducting safe wood-lot management and selective cutting for area land owners for the past 30+ year.  As being Members of the The Ontario Forestry Association and the The Ontario Woodlot Association our awareness and understanding of Ontario forests is being updated constantly.
